Dr. Charis Eng Monell Science Apprenticeship Program
The Monell Science Apprenticeship Program pairs Philadelphia-area high school students (rising sophomores and up) and undergraduates with Monell Chemical Senses Center scientists for an eight-week paid research apprenticeship in biomedical science.
About
Apprentices work full-time on structured research projects, take part in enrichment activities and science-communication training, and present their findings at a public conference. The program especially encourages students from groups underrepresented in science.
