Chicago Youth Works, formerly One Summer Chicago, is the City of Chicago's youth employment initiative connecting teens and young adults with paid summer jobs and internships at businesses, nonprofits, and city agencies.

The program serves youth ages 14-24 through several employment tracks and draws far more applicants than available positions each year. Participants gain paid work experience alongside job-readiness training.
